After studying under renowned ice cream experts in New York and a master gelato maker in Italy, Susan perfected her own process and recipe. She knew that Moorenko’s would be dedicated to making ice cream on another level — rich, decadent, and as wholesome as possible. Nearly 15 years later, she and her sons are still obsessed with ice cream, and working hard to share Moorenko’s with people all over the country. You can find Susan in the kitchen every day, helping with production, testing new flavors, and making sure that every last pint is perfect.
